How online counselling works in Blackburn and Darwen.

The practice is in Southport, which is the same county and a different world in some respects. I would rather you told me about where you live than assume I already know it.
What happens if I have to cancel?

Cancel with at least 48 hours notice in writing and the fee is refunded in full. Inside 48 hours it is not, because the time was held for you and cannot be filled at short notice.
Can I pay weekly rather than in advance?

Each pay-as-you-go session is paid before it happens, so in practice yes - you are paying week by week rather than committing to a block. Blocks are the option that requires payment up front.
Is there anything you will not work with?

Active crisis needs a different kind of help than weekly counselling, and I will say so rather than take it on. Couples work and under-18s are also outside what I offer.
What if I want to change counsellor later?

Then you should, and it does not need to be a difficult conversation. Fit matters more than loyalty, and I would rather help you find someone who works than keep you out of politeness.
